Our facility is over 30,000 sqft, and it sits on 3 acres of land. Strategically located to offer quick access to Highway 401 and Highway 24. Features include professional office space with a mix of private offices, open areas, and controlled clean room lab spaces. This location meets the current space needs for Miltera, with additional room to accommodate future growth.
Nano-Scale
inspection lab
All of the products produced at Miltera flow through our state of the art inspection laboratory. Located in the core of the building and isolated with airlocks, our laboratory is an ISO Class 5 clean room held to a nominal temperature of 20.00°C +/- 0.25°C and 50.0% +/- 5.0% relative humidity. Particulate is controlled using 2 zones of HEPA filters. Parts enter the inspection lab through our acclimatization chamber which allows for components to reach inspection temperature before entering the room. This laboratory is home to our Zeiss Micura CMM, Zeiss Centermax CMM, and Alicona µCMM.
Micron-Precision Manufacturing Lab
Miltera's Micron-Precision Manufacturing Lab is an ISO Class 5 clean room housing our most accurate Milling, Grinding, Turning and EDM equipment. Parts requiring the tightest of tolerances are manufactured here while passing through our Zeiss CMM for in-process inspection. Temperature is held to a nominal temperature of 22.0°C +/- 0.75°C and 50.0% +/- 5.0% relative humidity. Particulate is controlled using 2 zones of HEPA filters fed off of low level ducted returns.
High Volume
Production area
High volume production is handled in our main production
area. While not an ISO Class clean room, the temperature is held to a nominal temperature of 20.00°C +/- 1.5°C. The main feature of this area is our 4 machine GF System 3R robot cell feeding four 5-axis milling machines as well as our Zeiss GageMax shop floor CMM for in process inspection.
