On May 18, 2017, Miltera Machining Research Corp. officially received our ISO 9001:2015 Certification after successfully meeting the quality management systems requirements needed to obtain ISO 9001:2015 registration. At Miltera we are dedicated to quality, this certification serves as a testament to our focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering customer satisfaction.

ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, is a family of standards for quality management systems. In 2012 ISO TC 176 began revising ISO 9001:2015, starting with new Quality Management principles. This new Quality Management system was published in September of 2015 and was given the name ISO 9001:2015. The scope and structure of the document remained the same, the major changes were to the core terms and structure, allowing it to more easily integrate with other management system standards.

The requirements for ISO 9001:2015 include a set of procedures that cover all key business processes including: monitoring processes to ensure effectiveness, record keeping, regularly reviewing individual processes, quality systems and facilitating continual improvements.

Miltera plans to continue to maintain and improve upon our industry wide reputation for superior quality. This certification not only shows our focus on quality, it also proves we have the means to achieve it.
